Week 2 #thriveinjuly Summing up and finishing up some posting from the second week of the challenge. 👍 * Once I took my measurements last week I decided I’m going to focus on the measurement around my middle. I’ve always been an 🍎 shape but I’m very close to being in the correct range so watching that and doing the things that will help me get there will be my main measurement goal. 🍎🤦‍♀️ * Pictures posted of my trending CGM for Week 1 & 2. Also pics of my Biosense Ketone Meter weekly results for W1 & W2. I really love that device. * I’ve posted about my food prep & planning. It’s all about using up what I’ve already got! We’ll see how long that can go, I’m finishing up the 2nd full week of No.Grocery.Shopping! 💰 * I post my exercise weekly, mostly for my own accountability, but I’ve upped the intensity levels of my HIIT workouts & have been using my heavier weights when possible during my strength training. I’ve had rotator cuff surgery on both shoulders so I’m careful not to push the overhead weights beyond what feels right. I’ve also added 5x5 (at least) squats & modified pushups into my workouts. 💪 * I’m back to walking a bit after my last meal every day. Sometimes it’s an outside walk, sometimes on the treadmill, and once in awhile it’s a walking steps video! Added a picture of me finishing up an inside walking video one of the days. 🚶‍♀️
