Thursday ✔️: Upper body RB & lungs-n-legs Friday ✔️: Lower body RB & lungs-n-legs Had two NSV this morning in regards to workouts and I am so giddy with excitement!! Two years ago, if my future self would have told me, “You’re going to be jogging on this mother trucker treadmill in two years,” I would have scoffed at the notion. Today, I had my best 2-mile fast walk/jog to date. Annnnnnnnd, finally … finally … after I don’t know how long, my cardio fitness score inched up. It has been at the same score for … let’s say a super hot minute … over a year, for sure. Each day I challenge myself to do “one more,” no matter what that “one more” is. One more 30 sec jog, one more rep with resistance bands, read one more page in a book, one more day without speaking unkind to myself … whatever it is, “one more” is pushing me to become better than I was.
