#thriveinjuly Non scale victory The scale! My mood will be created by my movement, food choices, , sleep etc… & not that small square box! I choose to weigh in 1x a month as Amy suggested might be a good idea & weighed @ beginning of July. To complete week 2 finished the squats & push-ups against the wall, struggled but it’s alright!
