So, here I am, ready to share a little perspective with everyone. Over six years ago, I realized that my health was not where I wanted it to be. Despite being surrounded by the cultural dishes that I grew up with, I knew deep down that a change was necessary. It was time to break free from the familiar and challenge the paradigm I had known for so long. And oh, what a transformation it has been since March 2017! By shifting my perspective and making conscious choices about my lifestyle, I embarked on a remarkable journey of self-discovery. The path I chose led me to a renewed sense of vitality, and I regained control of my well-being. In addition to a new community of friends who’ve become family. There is immense power in embracing change and breaking free from the comfort zones that hold us back.
