Mid-week check-in: ✔️Monday: LB bands & lungs-n-legs ✔️Tuesday: UB bands & core between ✔️Wednesday: LB bands & lungs-n-legs (All with Treaddance warm-up) Did the weekly detailed cleaning on our home this afternoon and clocked it on Fitbit as a workout. Don’t discount the housework! It counts! #houseworkcounts 5x5’s done each day (I integrate them into the band workouts … for example: bicep curls then 10 squats, bicep curls then 10 squats, bicep curls, 10 squats, etc.,). It works out well. ❤️❤️❤️
