#thriveinjuly/Wk2 Wk2 posts I did really well in specific area of movement,needs improvement ,meal prep, do a few days at most! Cgm N/A as 2nd sensor not functioning/thankful for finger stick as backup but Cgm so much better Tho I have food prepped minimally,not big fan of cooked /frozen to heat/table. Have plenty choices protiens/take out nite before/marinade/grill,this I’m ok with Movement excellent last wk/this week Bring up notch: add more steps add more to cycling, add weights as well. Utilize fitness app/Fitbit Consider bands lots of options
