I'm pretty new to IF/fasting though u have dabbled with 12/8 windows in the past. Today, just due to schedule and conflicts I made it 19 hours. I need to eat an early dinner and though maybe I could make it until then but didn't quite make it. I broke my fast with a kind of salami pizza roll up. I just broiled slices of provolone until bubbly and edges crispy placed a slice of peppered salmon on top and a little dollop of Rao's pizza sauce then rolled them up.. it was a pretty tasty snack and will hold me over a couple of hours until dinner.
