After it is done, I let it rest a bit before I cube it up (to make reheating easier). Toss it in containers, add some of the red sauce and maybe a touch more, and label the containers with blue painters tape. Cubing it up makes it into more of a MeatZA bowl, but it is still delish! It you use breast filets instead of tenders, just flatten them out evenly ahead of time with a mallet or rolling pin.
