I’m late to the #thriveinjuly party as I was on vacation last week. When I got back did some food prep of chicken thighs and burgers for the freezer, Rosette’s bagels and Anna Voccino’s blueberry muffins. I just used 1Tbsp of Lakanto Golden Monkfruit instead of Anna’s sweetener. What I need to improve on is snacking after dinner and fasting. I’m also focusing on stepping up my exercise with spinning and more strength training.
