LOS:Lamb on a Shingle I made leg of lamb the other night using an old Weight Watchers recipe. Had a ton of leftovers. Chopped up lamb, cooked down onions and garlic until brown. Added the meat, beef stock, a little beef bouillon, black pepper, paprika, cayenne, cinnamon, garlic powder, chili powder and a little xantham Gum powder to thicken the sauce. Tsatziki sauce on top. Very tasty experiment!
