#ThriveinJuly I have been doing wall push ups and squats, like 30 wall pushups and 10 squats at a time. The squats make my knees hurt, or I would do more. Non-scale victories? It has been 3.5 years since giving up baking, I used to make ~50-80 loaves of bread by hand every week. My arms were pretty strong, definitively more flabby since giving that up. But since doing the wall pushups every day, I notice my arms are feeling stronger.
