#thriveinjuly Here’s to another productive week of keeping my body moving! I’ll be editing each day or so with updates. 👍👍👍 Monday- *HIIT workout *5x5 deadlift squats w/10 lb weights and “dresser push-ups” *2 mile walk before it got too warm out *Also added a 15 minute walking video after my last meal today. Planning to get back to this EVERY day after my last meal of the day. Tuesday- *HIIT workout *30 squats with 10 lb weights & 30 “dresser” push-ups, Also did 30 ea side hand-supported rows using my 10 lb weight & my storage bench instead of my exercise bench (that I don’t have!) *15 minute walk (actually turned out to be a fun indoor walking video with intervals) after dinner. Wednesday- *Today will be a planned day off exercise except for a short after dinner walk. Hoping to meet my basic activity goals just from doing all the other things I’ll be taking care of today! *Got it done!* Thursday- *HIIT Workout *Took a nice early 1.5 mile walk and forgot to record it on my watch! 🤷‍♀️ *Extra 15 min walk after dinner. Friday- *HIIT workout *5x5 squats & “dresser” push-ups *Strength Training arm workout *Planned 15 minute walk after dinner. Saturday- Almost 2 hours of heavy duty wall cleaning, baseboard cleaning, vacuuming & cleaning floors by hand (meaning on my hands & knees!) Oura ring randomly recorded it as “Strength Training.” I’d agree with that! 😂💪 Sunday- Kept everything on the easier side today. *Mini walking/running HIIT. *Core *Treadmill walking
