My food prep is pretty boring. I keep pork loin, chicken, thighs, steak, and ground beef on hand in the freezer. For last minute munchies I keep deli sliced meats and mozzarella cheese in the fridge. I make my own mayo and use it with pouch tuna when I need something fast. I also bought on fat fage yogurt this week, dumped it out added 5 scoops protein powder, mixed well and put back in the container. Quick and easy to grab. #thriveinjuly
