#thriveinjuly - week 2 Took my daughter’s dog & one of my dogs on walk this afternoon. Since they are different ages & speeds, they go on walks by themselves. Also did 25 modified pushups & 25 squats. My current movement (when I am home) consists of riding my exercise bike. I want to add outdoor walks & strength training in as well. My food prep is eating some previously prepared food that I put in freezer from before (hamburger + pulled pork). My daughter is back with us for a few weeks before she leaves for 3 weeks for work & then moves into a new apt. While we were gone last week, she filled the freezer with frozen meals (non-keto). Plus she added a bunch of non keto foods to the pantry. Luckily it is nothing I am tempted by! My week 1 stats are included - gives my previous week an unrealistic positive spin, but I am getting back in the groove this week. No real NSV last week - the higher elevation did a number on my breathing capacity (see last pic of blood oxygen levels). It was better by the end of the week, but I was discouraged as how quickly I became out of breath. Meanwhile, my husband climbed three “14ers” (mountains over 14,000 ft). I am proud of him & do my best not to compare our fitness levels.
