#thriveinjuly …I lost 1.8 lbs in the last 7 days. …CGM numbers very similar to the previous week. …NSV my knees are finally feeling a little better. …I’m very active on my property and get on average 8,000 steps a day. Now that my knees feel better I’m going to try and get 10,000 steps daily. …I’m going to do pushups and squats (going to be wall pushups and for the squats rising from my couch with good form) I am a binge eater and do struggle with volume eating. Seems I can overeat anything. I’m working on recognizing the feelings around this. I find I need to get the heck out of the house to get my brain to reset from meal mode. ONWARD!!😊
