Sunday βοΈ: Such a gorgeous day out today! Treaddance, upper body resistance bands, legs and lungs on the elliptical. Decided I was already sweaty, so mowed the lawn after. #vitaming for #vitamind !! Lots of the meal prep done this afternoon. Have about 3 more hours to kick to 20k steps for today. Whew! Going to sleep good tonight! Edit: 5x5βs done πποΈββοΈ
