At my wife’s reunion we saw her niece ( her family is very large in both number and girth) Her niece is tiny now and I asked her if she was doing keto She said yes, she has lost around 100 lbs and has gotten off all her meds She ate before she came here today lol But they had bbq so I just didn’t add any sauce or have the sides Good to see some of them waking up
