Lucky me gets to live in France in the summers. Here’s a recipe I just made from ingredients available. Super refreshing! Keto ice cream Very rough—I didn’t measure 2 cups individually frozen fruit (I used raspberries) Whip them up in high speed mixer until they’re pulverized. 1/3 cup allulose 1 Tablespoon dry gelatin 4 teaspoons alcohol (I used pear schnapps—Americans usually use vodka) 1/2 cup heavy cream Add to raspberries and mix in blender until it’s all together. Enjoy! Or Put in a container and save.
