Pantry and refrig cleaned out Things I do well: consistently workout, don’t eat junk food at work, I drink plenty of water, and I’m putting my mental health first. What needs improvement: getting up early to walk when it’s cool, staying off electronics an hour before bed, always have a plan for supper and stick to it. I will post a screen shot of my cgm next week, as I just reapplied it today.
