Friday ✔️: Treaddance to warm up, lower body resistance bands (crushed 35 sec planks between each round of hamstring curls), and then lungs-n-legs (elliptical intervals). Was listening to LCMD podcast and sparked me to check my glucose and ketones after … and an hour after that. Next time, I will test prior. So fun!! Today’s podcast was sooooooo fascinating!! ❤️💪
