Wednesday ✔️: treaddance warm-up, lower body resistance bands (in the exercise folder), and resistance intervals on the elliptical (which left me super sparkly). Guys — so proud of myself!! Between hamstring curls I did … drumroll … 30 second planks. Figured I was already down there, so would give it a go!! Next time, shooting for more seconds. Such, such, such a good feeling to accomplish that!! Also, read before bed (no scrolling) two nights in a row. Even with the neighbor’s celebration at midnight of quite the fireworks, I managed decent sleep. Again, felt beast mode kick in today.
