#thriveinjuly What I’m doing well: very consistent with exercise and building strength, balance, and cardio capacity pretty quickly. What needs focus and improvement: Practicing urge surfing and building those skills so I’m consistently not giving in, Reducing my heavy cream usage (using it in coffee and using a lot of it), fasting for more than my usual 24 daily fast, figuring out how to overcome the hormonal sleep disturbances.
