Brinner for me this afternoon to launch my fast. My eyes were definitely bigger than my hormones, so half is now tucked in the fridge for tomorrow. One of the lessons from #introtolowcarb with @Brian Wiley is making more than ya plan to eat. Safe stashes! Safe stashes! (Course starts tomorrow!) Three egg omelette w/sautéed mushrooms and pepper jack … salsa because … salsa. Clean out the freezer sausage patties and few strips of crunchy smoked bacon. I am determined to use all of the strained whey from the yogurt I made, so I added a bit to the eggs before cooking. Made the fluffiest omelette!! (It deflated a bit after cooking, but it was fluffy!) Pretty cool experiment.
