#ThriveinJuly ☑️ weight & measurements recorded ☑️ pantry is cleaned out (I keep my own section of the pantry so that was an easy one.) ☑️meal planning is done. This week I’m committing to only using from my fridge & freezer. NO NEW PURCHASES….even sale items, NO! I’ve just been too loosey goosey with buying stuff. It’s all good, compliant food but my cupboards, freezers & fridge are busting at the seams so this week I’ll be using only items I already have. I’ve got lots of proteins, frozen & fresh veggies, yogurt, and so on and so forth! ☑️What I do well- My low carb, NSNG food choices are solid. I feel like my desire & follow through on exercise is also good. ☑️What I need to improve- SLEEP 😴💤 I struggle with getting enough good solid sleep. Going to bed early is a fine balance because if I go to bed and fall asleep too early I’m going to be up with the roosters and no one wants that especially me. I’ve added blackout curtains, put the Focus on my iPhone. Turned on the night modes and I’ve been turning on the red color filter on my phone in the evening also. Some personal stress hasn’t helped but I’ve seen improvements in that so I’m just going to keep on keeping on with it. I really like my Oura ring. It says kind things to me when I have a bad night! Maybe I need it to kick my butt a little more and stop being so nice! 😉🙃 ☑️ My CGM trends have been pretty good. The one I’m currently wearing is due to be replaced tonight and has been running 20-30 points higher than the Keto-Mojo finger stick. 🤷‍♀️
