New week new accountability! Monday- Got a nice HIIT workout & full body strength training in this afternoon AND just finished an after-dinner walk! Tuesday- 🇺🇸❤️🤍💙🇺🇸 We’ll see how things shake out tomorrow exercise-wise. 👍 Update: So today turned out to be a pretty productive day movement-wise. Took a little impromptu early morning trip (with my daughter & SIL) to the happiest place on earth for some breakfast, an obligatory 4th of July picture with the mouse and a few thousand steps! Finished the evening off with a short after dinner 15 minutes of walk/jog intervals holding some light weights. 👍👍 Time to calm the animals while others attempt to burn the town down with all the crazy fireworks! Wednesday: Day off although I closed my Move & Stand rings on my watch. Continued working on cleaning out the garage and getting things ready to drop off for donation. Thursday: Strength Training and another walk w/ intervals. Friday: Just under 10 miles walked today! Make that just OVER 10 miles (I posted earlier but by the time evening came I surpassed the 10 mile mark.) Saturday: HIIT, Strength & Core workout today. Sunday: Got in two HIIT workouts today. 5x5 modified push-ups (“dresser push ups”) & 5x5 dead lift squats w/8 lb weights + a few arm moves. Added a little half mile walky walk after “Linner” today. Tomorrow’s a new week!
