#thriveinjuly - Week 1: What I do well - I absolutely love moving my body now, protein prep, and staying away from TV. What needs improvement - Shutting off my phone three hours before bed and focusing on reading. My sleep hasn’t been as fantastic since I have gravitated back to scrolling … and there has been a lot of scrolling. Plan - Set an alarm on my phone and set up the “device detox” focus setting to be three hours before bed Monday-Thursday. (My husband is only home Friday-Sunday each week, so that’s time set aside for him and I.) I absolutely love the focus setting on iPhone. Use it daily when I move my body.
