Today is Wednesday so my commitment is fasting until 2 drinking more water some podcasts some recipe research thanks Dr Tro for the plain yogurt recipe I bought plain non fat added some vanilla extract and a little stevia and tasted great .Thanks Amy for the coaching call this week I am getting to bed early and I feel a little more under control!
