I don't have a CGM. I have planned this week's meals and will shop for them tomorrow. I do plan the week's meals every week and put them on a spreadsheet which I have set up to calculate carbs and calories daily and weekly, and include a reference to which cookery book and page number. I display this on fridge. I also weigh myself daily (not obsessed lol).
