Getting ready to #thriveinjuly even though I’m down for the count with a sinus injection. 1. Shopping today and cooking up lots of proteins 2. Stocking up on staples 3. CGM is on - hope to post better numbers (I’m T2D) 4. I’m great at planning and cooking. I’m not good at eating proper meals or making time for myself. 5. I’m trying to address the lack of self care in small group and here on this board. I know I need to carve out some down time. I also need to address poor sleep hygiene. 6. My goal is to lose 65 lbs and get off diabetes medication. Recorded my weight today. Have a great day all.
