I’m looking forward to joining you all for #thriveinjuly I’m a HUGE fan of Dr Tro and listen to the Low Carb podcast diligently. Sadly, I don’t own a cgm, but I will follow along and do my best. I’ve recorded my weight and my big HA goal is to lose 62lb. This isn’t my first LC weigh loss … but I want it to be my last. My pantry is clean and I have food prep done for the next couple of days. (I forgot the grocery stores close today due to the Canada Day holiday) What I’m good at is ***planning food prep ***knowing what my body likes ***cooking What I’d like to improve is ***avoid snacking after dinner and fast until lunch the next day ***begin walking every day Here’s to a fruitful 4 weeks and beyond 🎉
