Friday ✔️: Upper body resistance bands from the exercise folder ✔️ ✔️✔️ (with some boogy moves between because one cannot listen to St. Elmo’s without busting a move). Finished June with 100% on 5x5 daily squats and modified push-ups. Very proud of that! I am determined to get to regular push-ups. Was so beautiful out this morning. Was thinking after I got done, “Why am I not doing these outside?”
