Thursday ✔️: I DID IT!! I feel super comfortable with the upper-body band routine in the exercise folder … on to the lower-body band routine. Step 1 for me (and where my self-doubt about if I would do the exercises correctly comes in, so I knew I had to get over that and just dooooooo it) … printing it out and watching the exercises on the videos. I kept the laptop open and rewatched before I did each one. The only change I made was the hamstring curls. The loop bands I have aren’t designed for the standing curls. But, it worked out! Decided while I was down there to do my daily modified push-ups between. Also, I shocked the sheet out of myself with the deadlifts. So stinking proud!! Oh, and the walking bands? That was fun!!! (And tough! But fun!!) Was I perfect today? Naw! But so glad I made the leap! I’ll get it down!
