Exercise Accountability for this week. I’ll come in and edit to add days & workouts! Monday- Happy Stitch Day ~626~ Decided to head to Disneyland even with my little bit tweaked leg muscle. The walking wasn’t uncomfortable so that was good. Squatting was a challenge for awhile but improved throughout the day. (Think getting onto Pirates of the Caribbean or Small World…😉) It was interesting seeing how much strength I have in my opposite leg for sure and I’m pretty sure I went up and down the stairs better than others so I’m calling it a win! Tuesday- Day off Wednesday- Back at my HIIT & Strength Training Tried out a TUT (time under tension) video with a bit heavier weight. Wow…that got really hard at the end of each set! Loved it actually! Thursday- Did a couple of interval training videos today. One was intervals of walking & running w/ weights AND I made it all the way through! 🎉 Also a nice strength training session with 8 lb weights today. Friday- Got a nice long walk in today. 🚶♀️🚶♀️🚶♀️ Saturday is a planned day off. We’ll be working at our storage unit and then in our garage. No couch potato for me today. There will be lots of movement! It’ll be interesting to see what my Oura ring & Apple Watch think I’m actually doing today! 🙃🤣😎 Sunday- HIIT workout & TUT Strength Training. Woooweee those slow moves are muscle burners!!
