Very sweaty selfie! 😆. Just kidding. I do sweat buckets, but this was due to today’s rainy walk. I started out with a borrowed baby and dog, but soon the clouds rolled in over the mountains and I dropped them back off at their home and finished the 3 miles solo in the downpour. It was refreshing! All the summer flower fragrances and evergreen smells were heightened by the rain. Plus I always feel extra hardy and triumphant when I hike in the rain. Whatever weather you are having today, wishing you some great moments of movement and positive challenge.
