Fun fitness Friday check-in: Upper body resistance bands with extras between the eight upper body exercises (extras = squats, knee-ups, modified push-ups, etc.,). The upper body resistance band exercises are in the exercise folder on this app and I picked the extras to do between. If going to a gym isn’t in the cards for you, highly recommend the bands. I have so much fun and it is such a confidence booster!
