If you had told the girl on the left that she would: 1) lose 88 lbs and keep it off (75 weeks low carb), 2) start running at 52 years old and exercising on the regular (finished 12 weeks of boot camp today and signed up for another 6 weeks) and 3) improve her health and get off of all diabetes and bp meds She wouldn’t have believed you but here I am living my BEST life and getting healthier and stronger every day. I’m not finished yet. Still have more I want to lose and improve but I’m not in a hurry. #NEVERGOINGBACK Onward! πŸ’ͺπŸ»πŸƒπŸ»β€β™€οΈπŸ§˜πŸ»β€β™€οΈπŸ”₯❀️😊
