Monday - Wednesday exercise: M- HIIT, core & strength training T- HIIT, strength training W- HIIT, strength training, a hip & balance video Also, walking, walking, always walking… Tomorrow (Thursday) is another Disney Day sooooo it’ll be walking, steps, walking, more steps…. This time tho I’m gonna take the stairs down & back up in the parking structure rather than the escalators! I predict that my daughter will be over-the-top thrilled (sarcasm) but I also predict that she’ll go along with me cuz she won’t want to lose to an old lady!! Bwahahaha A win is a win…right?? 😎🤭🫣☺️ *Pic posted just for fun & because I took that walk last summer! Good times! Editing to finish last week off: Friday: Day off Saturday: Had a memorial service & reception to attend so got some strength training and a walk in during the evening! Sunday: HIIT & some standing core work. Maybe tried to ramp up my HIIT a little too much and tweaked a muscle in my upper leg. Thankfully it was at the end of the workout! 😬🤦‍♀️
