Hello so looking at starting low carb I did try it in 2019 and was doing ok but then it caused me to have some issues with my crohns colitis and ended up in hospital with a flare. So looking at how to do this so no issues. now this may sound strange but depends on how I'm feeling what can tolerate to eat. I normally have for brunch eggs scrambled but cant tolerate eating on own as get nauseas so need to have sourdough bread toasted ive tried other options cooking or add hollumi cheese and somedays ok. I've tried keto bread somedays im ok but then other days find not ideal or eat yoghurt with berries or cheese on sourdough my Dinner is normally a protein of sorts meat with tolerated vegetables or salad. Somedays when eat I became nauseas so stop eating then hopefully eat later on. Or sometimes the thought of eating makes me unwell and I can only tolerate foods not low carb. So looking at how to do this way of eating with the health issues I have any suggestion ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
