Apparently I can make anything part of my food addiction, even seltzer water! I’ve been consuming a lot of it lately to the point that I wasn’t feeling well hydrated. This started after I cut out flavored electrolyte usage because of the stevia and how it feeds my sweet cravings. So when I ran out of seltzer, I didn’t buy more and today I prepped various herbal iced teas for the week. They should add variety to the unflavored electrolytes and plain water without having the obsessive edge of flavored sparking water. Has anyone else struggled with sparkling water obsession? Any recommendations on alternatives or how you handle it?
