Do y'all have any tips for dealing with what I assume is 'Keto Flu?' The first week or so I felt amazing but that could be contributed by feeling inspired. The last few days to a week coffee hasn't been cutting it to keep my energy up and I've had a variety of annoying symptoms (fatigue, shakiness, cloudy mind, general poor mood). I have started working more so that's probably a factor too. Thanks for any insight and I hope y'all are enjoying your weekend.
