On Friday I wasn't keen on going to the gym but went anyway. Increased weights/resistance to get done faster; this showed me that I could be doing more. My face was red by the end, this hadn't happen in a couple of weeks. Planted the rest of my annuals today, noticed strength that I didn’t have in the past. Lifting the bags of earth was easy and definitely had more stamina. More strength came in handy when splitting hostas. The benefits of exercise are being noticed!
