I did it! My first attempt at Keto lasagna! And boy was it a success! Italian seasoned breakfast sausage cooked down. Add onion, garlic and Italian seasoning to taste. Rao's vodka sauce. 1 pkg Sliced turkey or chicken from Costco. I find ham overwhelms the flavor. In a 9x13 in pan put down a layer of sammich meat, meat sauce, then dollops of ricotta, sammich meat, sauce then Mozzarella (I got mine at Costco), lather rinse repeat until you get to the top of the pan and put Moz on top. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes. #omnomnom
