My exercise accountability post for the week: Monday: Exercise = walking, lots of errands, lots of steps! Tuesday - Saturday: Exercise = HIIT each day with a mix of strength trainings, yoga & walks mixed in. 👍👍 Sunday: Day off…supposedly, so far. Most likely there will be a walk or two especially after meals. This week I upped my HIIT workouts to be ALL intermediate level. They also all have spurts of running in place (in some cases that means running through my kitchen back into my living room…) Anyone that knows me knows I don’t run, short spurts or not. My daughter came in while I was doing my video and acted like she was looking around for the person that was chasing me cuz she knows I DO NOT run! 🤨🤣 It’s a journey…
