Made an amazing lunch for myself yesterday with a thick slab of bacon - sautéed onions, garlic, crunchy red flakes in oil, soffrito spices, ground meat and cauliflower rice - one of my favorite dishes to make. Unfortunately I got food positing from the bacon (only thing I ate differently than the rest). I have been in bed all day thankful summer break hasn’t begun yet and the kids are in school. Hoping my appetite returns soon. I’m feeling hungry but scared (and too weak) to eat anything. Sipping lmnt electrolytes seems to be helping though. Any advice on how to beat food poisoning?
