I just came back from a really nice 9 mile hike up the highest mountain in CT (Bear). Did the first 4 miles fasted, then stopped at a shelter and had some lunch at 12:00. Who says you need to have carbs to be an athlete! I feel better fasted and hiking than I ever did eating carbs. I love this community ❤️
