Had my first opportunity to share the low carb results with a VERY skeptical nutritionist/trainer gym owner. In my new member orientation session, she asked what I usually eat. She had zero curiosity when I shared my 50 lbs weight loss, improved blood markers, improved mental health, increased energy, and hugely decreased inflammation and sugar cravings. Instead she grilled me on whether I was losing weight too fast, said she believes heavy vegetables is best, and said “well we’ll have to agree to disagree on diet.” Funny how confronting just sharing successes when asked can be to “experts”. I look forward to her witnessing my changes and results over the next 4 months while I’m here in VT.
