Got off work a little early so got to the gym early. Warmed up on the rower then did an intense lower body workout for 45 minutes. Then decided I’d go to Zumba anyway and stayed for 30 minutes dancing and feeling great! Followed with 10 minutes on the hydro massage bed! Heaven Feeling so much stronger
