I’m finally back on the right track!! I had a really good month of May. I hit all of my goals except 1 day (poor planning).I got at least 30 minutes of exercise, 600 calories or more burned (Apple Watch metric). I started each day reading the Bible, some days 1 chapter, other days multiple chapters. I then did devotionals and prayers. I believe that helped me with my mental clarity and calmness. I didn’t do all of the strength training that I wanted and I had more caffeine than I had planned on (coffee & diet pop). I’m proud of myself for how far I have come and I’m looking forward to seeing what June brings. Thank you all for the support and compassion you’ve shown me. I appreciate you so very much. And just for the heck of it, here’s a picture of some of my beautiful roses.
