New to community, however not new to lifestyle. Had great success in the past, then became a little sloppy now ready to get back on track. As I've been ensuring I'm going to be doing all the right things, I'm a little concerned about insulin resistance and have been reading a lot about fiber during my eating period to help with that. Looking for more input if that is key and if so what are best approaches? Thanks
