Non-scale victory today!! I started doing 25 squats every day April 1 when the Spring Forward challenge kicked off. When I first started, it was difficult to do all 25 at once. I kept at it … 25 every day. Since starting, I’ve learned a variety of different squats and my favorite is a sumo squat. Holding a 5 lb weight, my goal was for the bottom of the weight to touch the ground. Today was the day!! It happened!! The weight touched the ground … not once … not twice … multiple times!! I was shocked!! Next up? A heavier weight now that I have the technique down. Set your targets. It took almost two months, but I got there!! Log your non-scale victories in a non-scale journal.
